About

We’re a group of people who practice Tai Chi in the City of Syracuse (NY).  We are located at 2817 James Street, corner of James and North Edwards Ave, the Tai Chi Revolution studio. The studio is on the Edwards side of the building, look for the sign in the window. During the summer, we practice at Barry Park (far end by the parking lot) when the weather allows. The sounds of the park, the variety of birds flying overhead, deer wandering through the park, the every changing clouds, and fresh air all provide a relaxing and meditative mood to accompany the practice of Tai Chi. Barry Park is located off Meadowbrook Drive in Syracuse.  For a full schedule of locations and times please see our calendar.  All are welcome!
