Have you been hearing more about the benefits of Tai Chi in the news or your social media feed? Join us for an introductory six week class and learn the first 17 moves in the Tai Chi set (details below). Learn how the regular practice of Tai Chi can be helpful in improving your balance, flexibility, reducing stress, and improving focus. Tai chi puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, which makes it safe for all fitness levels and ages. Furthermore, it is low-impact, making it suitable for older adults and those who are not accustomed to strenuous exercise due to a more sedentary lifestyle or joint issues. No experience is necessary to take this class and returning students who would like to restart a practice are also welcome! Our club is a fun, friendly and welcoming group. We’d love to meet you and help you get off to a strong start with your Tai Chi practice.
What will I learn? This six week class will get you started on your Tai Chi practice by teaching you the fundamental movements of Tai Chi.
