Tai Chi Revolution is offering a new Beginner Class starting on Friday, September 18th! No prior experience is necessary and you don’t need to buy a bunch of fancy gym clothes or worry whether you are in good enough shape to participate! We are offering a new six week beginner class for anyone who would like to learn the basics of Tai Chi. Our experienced instructors can accommodate any concerns you may have if you are worried about mobility or balance. One of the best things about Tai Chi is that movements can be adapted to help enable recovery from illness or injury and it gives you a place to start and grow. This beginner class is a great way to dip your toe into Tai Chi and begin to learn and experience some of the benefits of a regular practice. Tai Chi has been proven to offer a variety of health benefits – balance, strength, endurance, and stress reduction. The repetitive nature of learning the movements helps to quiet the mind and build the mind body connection. Some people say Tai Chi is too slow, but this slow movement allows the body to become aware of stamina, mindfulness and coordination of hands, arms, and feet. Students find that coming to class builds confidence, a sense of calm and well being. In addition, we are just a fun and welcoming group to be in class with!
We hope that you will give our 6 week beginner class a try! Details of the class are below:
