Are you looking to try something new? Tai Chi Revolution is starting a six week beginner class on Wednesday nights and we’d love to see you there. No prior experience is necessary although if you’ve done Tai Chi before and drifted away from it over time – you are also welcome to join us. Practicing Tai Chi on a regular basis has been proven to provide health benefits, improved balance, and mental relaxation. This six week class is an excellent opportunity to learn the basic foundations of Tai Chi and the first 17 moves to start you on your Tai Chi journey. We hope to see you at our studio next week.
When: Wednesday nights from August 29 through October 3, 2018
Time: 6:00 – 7:30pm
Cost: $50 for the 6 weeks. Payment by check or cash is due the first week of class.
Location: Tai Chi Revolution Studio located at 2817 James Street, corner of James and North Edwards Ave in Syracuse, NY. The studio is on the North Edwards Street side of the building, look for the Tai Chi Revolution sign in the window. You can park in our lot or the lot across the street.
What to Wear: Comfortable and loose clothing. Shoes should be flat and enclose your foot with good support (think sneakers or low hiking shoes). Bare feet, flip flops, crocs or open sandals should be avoided.
