Keeping Centered With Tai Chi

Hello to all our members and people who may just be stopping by here to check us out! I hope all of you are finding ways to make the best of things during these difficult and anxiety provoking times.   We miss seeing all of our members at classes and hope that we will be able to resume them sometime in the near future.  In the meantime, we wanted to share a some thoughts from  Justin Landers  at Slanted Flying on the importance of mastering the many details of our Tia Chi form.  We hope you enjoy this article! We’ll be looking for more interesting Tai Chi related content to share with you over the next few weeks.  In the meantime we hope that everyone stays healthy and we look forward to seeing you all back at the studio (or at the park!!) in the near future!

  1. Can you let me know when your next beginning class starts up again. Than you. Anna. I am not sure if you are close during this coronavirus. Please let me know when open again if it is

    • Sorry for the long delay – we have been closed during the pandemic but are now open and offering a new beginner class. Please see our post about a new class starting on June 22, 2021.
