Have you heard of Tai Chi but weren’t sure if it was for you? Other people have talked about it but the idea of joining a club or committing to a new activity right about now seemed to be too much? The good news is this beginner’s class is ONLY 6 weeks AND… there’s NO HOMEWORK!! Now that’s a great way to try something out, not be overwhelmed with worrying about keeping up with something new, and you can do this in a great studio space with a welcoming group of people who love Tai Chi! Some of the health benefits of a regular practice of Tai Chi include:
Mind: memory retention, confidence, self control
Body: balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance
Spirit: patience, perseverance, respect
