New 12 Week Beginner Class!

Welcome! Tai Chi Revolution is offering a twelve week course for new beginners or returning students to learn the 108 moves in a Tai Chi set. No experience is necessary to take this class. Come and join us in our well lit studio and learn how the practice of Tai Chi can improve your balance by increasing your leg strength and endurance. No special equipment is needed and once you learn the body mechanics and alignments tai chi is portable and you can do it anywhere (like the park in the summer!).
