This is the perfect class to take if you have never done Tai Chi before or if you used to practice but life got busy for a while but now you’d like to restart your practice. Tai Chi has proven benefits for physical and mental heath. Tai chi is a traditional Chinese practice that combines slow, thoughtful movements with a mindfulness that results in a “moving meditation”. Numerous studies over the years have found that it can help improve balance, strength, and lower risk of falls. Still on the fence and want a little bit more information before making the leap? We’ve got you covered – check out the links at the end of this post. If you are ready to make the leap the important details are coming up!
Everyone is welcome to join this new class and you don’t need any experience at all! This class will start with teaching the basic fundamentals of the first seventeen forms. Detailed information about the new class is below. We look forward to meeting you!!
