Don’t Miss Our New Beginner Class!

Would you be interested in a little Tai Chi?  We are offering a six week beginner’s class starting on Tuesday, November 5, at 6:00pm!

This can be a difficult time of year for many people.  The days are getting shorter and colder and winter is starting to nip at our heels.  It’s so easy to get lost in all the things around us that need our attention that we sometimes forget to pay attention to our own health and well-being.  We don’t want that to happen to you!  Read on to learn about the benefits of a regular practice of Tai Chi:

Mind: memory retention, confidence, self control

Body: balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance

Spirit: patience, perseverance, respect

Great stuff right?!!  Tai Chi has a lot to offer and we provide trained instructors, an open studio, and a friendly supportive group of members who enjoy working with new people.  So…

  • If you’ve never tried Tai Chi before but always wondered about it – this class is for you
  • Practiced Tai Chi but fell out of the routine and want a quick brush up to motivate you to pick it back up again – this class is for you
  • Looking for a way to shed the stress of your day – this class is for you
  • Currently practice Tai Chi and wondering how to help support new students – you guessed it… come to this class and cheer on new students!

Our studio is large, open, well lit and has off street parking.
